Please read our payment and cancellation policies before completing your reservation.

Payments

Once we confirm your reservation you agree to pay 100% of our accommodation and meals within 7 days of booking.

Be advised: Meal plan is mandatory (per night and per person), we do not accept reservations without meals. There are no discounts on meals. You will receive an updated invoice within 7 days of booking and your credit card will be charged for added Meal plan fees. Any unpaid fees for other services will be taken at check-in.

We accept Visa & Master Card. All charges are in USD. Your credit card company may have additional charges for foreign transactions. We do not have any control over these charges. Please contact your bank for any additional fees not included in your invoice.

Minimum stay

A minimum of 2 nights stay is required. We do not accept nor recommend 1-night stays.
However, if you find a single/orphan night in our calendar (no vacancy before or after) we may be able to make an exception.

Unused Services

Any unused portion of lodging and/or meal plans, package plans, and trips (by customer’s choice) are non-transferable and not refundable.

Cancellations

• Full refund for any cancellation 15 days or more prior to the date of arrival minus a US$30 processing / transaction fees

• Full credit towards future travel -OR- optional 50% refund will be given on any cancellation made within 14 days of arrival

• Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to Tobacco Caye Paradise.

  We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, including trip interruption coverage, to protect against any unexpected last-minute changes to your travel plans.
