Make a Reservation

Please read our payment and cancellation policies before completing your reservation.
Only proceed after you have read these policies carefully.

Booking Payments

Once we confirm your reservation you agree to pay 100% of our accommodation and meals within 7 days of booking.

Be advised: Meal plan is mandatory (per night and per person), we do not accept reservations without meals. You will receive an updated invoice within 7 days of booking and your credit card will be charged for added Meal plan fees. Any unpaid fees for other services will be taken at check-in.

We accept Visa & Master Card. Your credit card company may have additional charges for foreign transactions. We do not have any control over these charges by your financial institution. Please contact your bank for any additional fees not included in your invoice.

Unused Services

Any unused portion of lodging and/or meal plans, package plans, and trips (by customer’s choice) are non-transferable and not refundable.

Cancellations

• Full refund will be given on any cancellation made 15 days or more prior to the date of arrival less a US$30 processing fee

• Full credit towards future travel -OR- optional 50% refund will be given on any cancellation made within 14 days of arrival

• Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to Tobacco Caye Paradise.

  Please select dates and the number of people per room. If you are booking a group, select the number of people in each room (not the total number of people in your party)
  
  If you are booking a Diving Package or Extended Stay Package email us with dates and number of people and we will assist with your reservation.
  

A minimum of 2 nights stay is required. We do not accept 1-night stays.
However, if you find a single/orphan night in our calendar (no vacancy before or after) we may be able to make an exception.
